Great shower, helpful reception staff, good locality, close to underground and bus stations, close to center and Hyde Park.

The room was a bit cramped, but the location was fantastic. We were just a short walk away from two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchenette in our room was well-equipped, perfect for us as we were traveling with a baby.

This apartment is in an unbeatable location, right opposite Hyde Park and close to two underground stations. The room was spacious for London standards and had a small kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom was clean and the staff was professional and attentive.

The walls were thin and you could hear noises from other rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just across from the Hyde Park, making it convenient for morning walks. It is also in close proximity to two different underground stations, Queensway and Bayswater, great to easily reach all the major tourist destinations in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with super clean rooms and facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, minding our bags on both early arrival and check out. The hotel also has a mini kitchenette, perfect for making breakfast and stocking up on snacks. a lovely stay with great facilities and a convenient location.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is fantastic, with two tube stations close by and beautiful parks within walking distance. The service housekeeping was impeccable, and I loved the free shuttle service. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities, were a nice touch. The kitchen area was well-equipped with cookware, and the flat-screen TV had paid films, which was a nice option. The staff, especially the female receptionist, were lovely and welcoming upon check-out.

Good value basement room with natural light and courtyard. Modern kitchenette and bathroom. Excellent wifi, neat and clean room. Great location on a busy street, but no outside noise. Impressive shower with hot water and good pressure. Well-equipped kitchenette and useful amenities. Perfect check-out time at 12 pm.

Great location near public transportation and a beautiful park. The kitchenette in the room was a nice bonus for making breakfast or eating take-away. The friendly and helpful receptionist made for a pleasant check-in experience.

The room was quite small and there was limited seating. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with strange stains on the beds and crumbs on the floor.
